Megan Farrell-Fuchsloch | President
Megan Farrell-Fuchsloch leads Alidade Strategy & Communications Inc., bringing over two decades of expertise in global change management and technology transformation.
Since 2016, she’s guided enterprise-level clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, and UKG, while supporting mergers, divestitures, and organizational redesigns. Previously, she held leadership roles at BMO Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch, earning a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and driving strategic initiatives across financial services.

Megan holds an MBA from Georgetown University (with exchange at ESADE) and a B.S. in Marketing. A passionate volunteer, she’s served with Girl Scouts Overseas in São Paulo and held leadership roles in Georgetown’s alumni community. Based near Chicago, she blends analytical rigor, strategic vision, and a people-centered approach to help organizations navigate change and realize lasting impact.

Ian Fuchsloch | Vice-President
Ian brings over two decades of strategic leadership and project expertise to his role as Vice President at Alidade Strategy & Communications. Based in the Greater Chicago area, he plays a pivotal role in steering the firm’s consulting engagements and client strategy initiatives.
Previously, Ian served in senior roles across top-tier financial firms. He was a Senior Manager in Business & Strategy at The Warranty Group / Assurant (2015–2018) and held strategic account leadership at FIS Global and SunGard (2012–2014). He also contributed significantly to BNY Mellon and Bloomberg in product management and M&A group roles.
Ian Fuchsloch brings deep expertise in Finance, FP&A, and strategic business planning, with a proven track record of driving financial transformation and operational excellence across global organizations. He has led initiatives in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance optimization, enabling companies to align financial strategy with growth objectives.
Ian’s experience spans banking, technology, private equity, insurance, manufacturing, and professional services, where he has partnered with executive leadership to deliver enterprise-wide financial planning solutions, streamline reporting processes, and implement data-driven decision frameworks. His work includes designing and deploying FP&A models to support multi-billion-dollar revenue streams, leading finance transformation projects during mergers and acquisitions, implementing financial systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and agility.
Charmaine Shrimplin | Transformation Lead
Charmaine Shrimplin serves as Transformation Lead at Alidade Strategy & Communications, specializing in training and support resource design and delivery for enterprise change initiatives. She develops comprehensive learning programs, user-friendly guides, and interactive workshops that enable employees and leaders to confidently adopt new systems and processes.
Charmaine brings a decade of experience across education and change management, including senior program and project management roles focused on learner-centered transformation and revenue-retention initiatives. She has supported large-scale implementations and organizational transitions by aligning training strategies to business objectives and measuring adoption outcomes.
Charmaine’s academic background is rooted in an M.S. in Educational Evaluation & Research, with a certificate in Advanced Quantitative Methodology, which informs her evidence-based approach to needs assessment, program evaluation, and instructional design. Her graduate work concentrated on evaluation methodologies, measurement, and analytics to improve learning effectiveness and implementation fidelity.

Heather Ryan | Communications Lead
Heather Ryan is the Communications Lead at Alidade Strategy & Communications, specializing in writing, editing, and workshop design that drive enterprise transformation. She develops clear, engaging content and facilitates interactive sessions that turn complex strategies into practical, actionable guidance for leaders and employees.
Heather brings a strong foundation in Human Resources from her 10+ years at Walgreens, where she focused on HR communications, employee relations, and organizational development. This frontline HR experience gives her a nuanced understanding of workforce needs and enables her to craft messaging that resonates across diverse audiences during change initiatives.
She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in sociology, grounding her approach in evidence-based insights into human behavior, organizational culture, and social systems. She has supported communication programs for large-scale technology implementations—including platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow—ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee experience.

Yali Zhang | Training Solutions Lead

Based in Illinois, Yali brings hands-on classroom and learning program experience to her corporate training work. She has served as a Learning Specialist at Alidade Strategy Communications, designing learning resources and enabling end-user readiness for transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Yali was a high school science teacher and department coordinator/leader with Chicago Public Schools, where she taught Biology, Environmental Science, and AP Environmental Science and facilitated curriculum and data discussions—experience that informs her structured, evidence-based approach to training delivery.
Yali holds a Bachelor of Integrative Biology degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and a Master of Secondary Science Education degree, grounding her learning design in educational research and pedagogy.
